How To Use

Somerset Lifeline is an emergency response system offering 24 hour support from our Somerset based staff at the touch of a button. We offer peace of mind to help older, frail or disabled people to live independently in their own home.

Somerset Lifeline is really simple to use and we’ll even visit you to make sure everything is set up properly so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

The alarm unit simply plugs into your electric socket and telephone line and then the pendant can be worn around your wrist or your neck so that you can call for help quickly and easily.

At the touch of a button you will be connected to our Somerset based staff in the contact centre. They will assess what help you need – whether it is simply reassurance, contacting a keyholder or calling the emergency services.

For more details view the Somerset Lifeline User Guide.
